The universe at Resumé:

Our large menu with everything included at a price from DKK 2000 or without drinks for DKK 1200

This is our large tasting menu, where you get through our entire creative flavor universe. This is an all-evening performance and will consist of a minimum of 15 servings with 8 glasses of wine or juice adapted to the menu in quantity and taste.

This menu is adjusted and changed continuously according to season and creativity.

The menu needs to be ordered by all guests at the table

A great night at Resumé:

Our smaller menu, which is an insight into our large tasting menu with everything included at a price of DKK 1,000 or without drinks for DKK 750

This will consist of a minimum of 8 servings and 5 glasses of wine or juice adapted to the menu in quantity and taste.

We offer new taste experiences and dishes approx. every 3 weeks.

A weekday evening at Resumé:

Our concept menu with everything included in the weekday from Tuesday to Thursday at a price of DKK 600

In this menu, we would like to provide an affordable overall package, where we work more with less exclusive ingredients that challenge our cooking skills as well as wines from lesser-known wineries.

This will consist of 6 servings and 4 glasses of wine or juice adapted to the menu in quantity and taste.

We offer new taste experiences and dishes approx. every 3 weeks.
